The third CABRI dialogue on value for money in agriculture spending focused on budgeting in the agriculture sector with a results-oriented framework, including innovative financing options. The objective of these dialogues, involving representatives from ministries of finance and respective line ministries, was to achieve a better understanding of policies and challenges, and financing in the agriculture sector.
