The Collaborative Africa Budget Reform Initiative (CABRI) has received financing from the African Development Bank towards  the cost of the Regional Institutional Support Project on Public Financial Governance (RISPFG) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this [loan/grant] to payments under the contract for Procurement Officer.

The services included under this project are procurement for CABRI using a strategic procurement and other Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies, including developing and executing contractual agreements with suppliers through professional relations with the supplier network, effective negotiations, and management of contracts in line with organisational policies, processes, rules and procedures. 

CABRI now invites eligible candidates to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested applicants must provide CVs indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Procurement Policy of Bank Group Funded Operations 2015”, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
