This report is the result of a joint country review, undertaken by the CABRI network and the International Budget Partnership in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, during August 2013, analysing the current situation with regard to transparency and participation in public finances. Together with the main stakeholders they met in the DRC, the team identified five cross-cutting recommendations to improve transparency and participation in the DRC. This report summarises the findings and recommendations.
