CABRI held a four-day workshop in Kampala on the strengthening of debt management capabilities in Uganda. Participants from the Ugandan Ministry of Finance and peers from Malawi, Rwanda and South Africa covered the critical dimensions of public debt management. Contextual factors impacting on the implementation of debt strategies, mandates of different role players, organisational structures, and next-step actions were also covered.
