We brought Mauritius and Kenya together following the Building Public Finance Capabilities (BPFC) in Africa Framing Workshop held last June in South Africa.
We spoke to Chandrani Devi Gopaul, Lead Analyst, Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning & Development, Mauritius and Daniel Ndolo, Director of Debt Policy, Strategy and Risk Management at the National Treasury of Kenya.
A conversation that allowed our BPFC 2024 participants to share their thoughts on their participation in the programme with a throwback to the online course, and the relevance of the problem statements that their respective country-team has identified while giving a shout-out to the Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) Approach which is at the very core of our BPFC programme.
