Lesotho is among the four country-teams participating in this year's "Building Public Finance Capabilities in Africa" (BPFC) programme.
In June, we had the opportunity to meet the country-teams at the in-person framing workshop which was held in South Africa. It was an opportunity for us to get a representative of each country-team to share with us their first impressions of the Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA)approach and how different it is from the other approaches or concepts to reforms in public finance that they are familiar with.
We speak to Tebello Motšoane, Assistant Economic Planner at the Ministry of Finance, Development and Planning, Lesotho.
