The country review will bring officials working in the ministries of finance, budget, planning and agriculture to Mauritius. Through a combination of case studies, presentations by local experts, field trips and facilitated discussions, participants will be provided with the opportunity to review (i) the successful transformation and development of the sugarcane value chain, and (ii) diversification of the agriculture sector for food security and sustainability.
