In striving to achieve our mission to become a centre of excellence on PFM, we are proud to announce the launch of the CABRI PFM knowledge hub, an online platform for e-learning resources on budget systems, PFM reforms and policy issues.

Made possible through the kind financial assistance of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the European Union (EU), the Knowledge Hub is aimed to become the go-to place for PFM related matters in Africa.

Following months of design, research, categorisation, tagging and indexing, the Hub now houses close to 12 years of CABRI’s work on the continent as well as country budget documents for 28 African countries since 2010, with the aim of covering all African countries by 2017. Together, these two sources provide a strong knowledge base on public financial management in Africa.

All documents are freely accessible for senior officials working in ministries of finance and/or planning and experts interested in public financial management in Africa.
