CABRI's executive secretary delivers an address at a reception in celebration of the Pan-African Financial Governance Programme, hosted by the Head of Delegation of the European Union in South Africa and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Pretoria.

The Pan-African Financial Governance Programme, "Good Financial Governance in Africa", is jointly funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Co-operation and Development, and implemented on their behalf by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). 

The objective of the programme is to enhance transparency and accountability in public finances, by developing networks and providing services to African decision-makers.
