As part of the Seychelles Young Leaders Programme, an official from the Ministry of Finance attended a 3-day mentorship with CABRI. The mentorship programme covered the topic of Ms Astride Tamatave’s Masters’ thesis; programme based budgeting implementation in the Seychelles.
In keeping with our peer exchange and learning approach, officials from Zanzibar and South Africa were invited to also share their experiences on implementing programme-based budgeting in their respective countries.
